What are the floor plan options?

The 805 Lea is home to 356 units across 29 floors. We offer 17 different floor plans for studio apartments, 1-bedroom apartments, and 2-bedroom apartments.

Every unit at 805 Lea boasts beautiful views, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, custom black cabinetry, smart thermostats, full-size in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closets, and stainless steel energy-efficient appliances. Furnished units are also available.

How long is a lease?

We offer lease terms from 6 months all the way to 18 months.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, 805 Lea welcomes your furry friends. We allow 2 pets per apartment. There is a $450 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent.

Can I pay rent online?

Yes, you can log in to our convenient resident portal to pay rent online.

Is online leasing available?

Yes, online leasing is now available! You can view apartments with a virtual tour, apply and sign your documents, and be move-in ready with just a few simple steps.
